Helion Legacy Kapital EOOD ("HLK", "we", "us") is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.

1. What we collect
We collect only the data you submit through the inquiry form: full name, company, role/title, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message. We do not collect special-category data and ask that you not include it.
2. Why we process it, and our legal basis
We process this data to assess your inquiry and respond to it — including conducting a commercial diagnostic where appropriate. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to qualified commercial inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Who processes it
Form submissions and hosting are handled by our processors Netlify (hosting and form handling) and Cloudflare (DNS, content delivery, and privacy-friendly analytics). Some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. the USA); such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data and do not share it beyond what is necessary to respond to you and operate the site.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregate traffic without cookies and without building a profile of you. No consent banner is therefore required.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any engagement that results from it, after which it is deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. Where processing relies on legitimate interest, you may object at any time. To exercise any right, contact info@helion-legacy-kapital.com.
7. Complaints
